Plans & modelling assumptions

Your colour notes define the uses: shops on the ground floor; living, kitchen and WC below; bedrooms, terrace, shower, dressing room (1), laundry room (2), a second WC and closet above.

• Printed room dimensions now set the usable space between wall faces: living 10.02 × 7.40 m; kitchen 3.10 × 4.50 m; bedrooms 3.00 × 4.60 m, 3.00 × 4.60 m and 3.90 × 5.00 m; shower core 1.99 × 2.90 m plus the requested L-shaped extension over the former stair-side gap; laundry 1.50 × 1.40 m; WC 1.50 × 1.50 m; passage 1.00 m clear. Wall thickness is assumed 160 mm. Laundry width shares the adjacent 1.50 m alignment. Dressing and closet depths are inferred.
• Room dimensions take priority over the photographed outline. The side strip and printed widths do not resolve to the original fitted outline; rear exterior alignment remains provisional, rather than compressing the rooms to fit. The tapered rear section is modelled as an open terrace above shops. Three bedrooms follow the upper partitions. Each now has a large terrace-facing window; both marked upstairs side windows are removed.
• The large unpartitioned upper area is assumed to be a double-height void above the living room.
• Ceilings are assumed 3.0 m high, floor-to-floor 3.2 m. Window sizes and finishes are illustrative. The annotated three shops are separate from the home and each other, with street-facing entrances. The WC opens from the living room under the stairs; its side and back walls are closed. There are no windows on the marked ground-floor left side. The circled room beside the kitchen is the engine/mechanical room. It has been moved 1.00 m farther back into shop 1, retaining its size, with a front-facing exterior door and three outside 160 mm steps from the yard to house level (assumed). The exposed kitchen side has a 2.65 m wide low window below wall cabinets, with its right-hand jamb aligned to the base cabinet run and the sink underneath. The left patio window is 1.90 m wide, with a stone fireplace in the freed bay beside it. The fireplace faces the living room and its chimney rises above the roof to 7.55 m (concept dimensions). The right front window and a narrower adjacent side window form a tall corner pair, both with a 0.12 m sill and 5.45 m head (concept dimensions). The shower extension has a solid floor and enclosed walls, closing the view to the WC below. Equipment is illustrative. The front terrace and three 160 mm entrance risers are modelled; The front patio is now 10.18 × 3.60 m with timber rails, a lounge and a four-seat dining area. Patio depth, railing design and riser count are concept assumptions.
• Floating steps replace solid stair blocks: 20 open treads, 160 mm rise and 90 mm tread thickness (assumed). Floor buttons move between levels; stair navigation is not simulated.
